3rd week unable to access your page, let along log in!

Can't log in STILL! Going on 3 weeks - I emailed Frys and they told me to clear my DNS, cache, etc., I have and am - and still unable to place any orders. This is going on ridiculous!

This app and website is utter garbage. I've been trying for over an hour now just to add a card to pickup my groceries. 4 different cards and an hour of trying and I keep getting try again or use a different card

Fry's food customer service was rude and hung up on me twice. I have never talked to anybody that rude on phone before. I guess they think they have a monopoly now, so they don't have to treat their customers in a civil manner.

Frys hates VPN users

If you get an "access denied" page trying to go to this site, it's likely that Kroger banned your VPN, like NordVPN from using the site. Turned off McAfee VPN and was able to connect normally.

For the past 3 days, whenever I go to Fry's website I get:

f***ING TRASH WEBSITE AND APP NEVER f***ING WORK. I have medical issues that require me to rely on pickup orders. I stopped shopping at Fry's entirely because the app and website NEVER f***ING WORK so I can't browse or place my order. AWFUL -400/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

can't sign in site and cust service is worthless. I did all they asked-and screwed up my computer for my other good sites. used 4 diff browsers, cleared cookies, no ad or pop up blocker!!! Albertsons/Winco here I come.
