Funko Pop Phone App Not Loading Lists’ Items

Issues with the Funko Pop phone app began today. I couldn’t add to my collection and/or lists. When I would try to access my lists, a message would appear stating that the list was empty. I even reached out to Funko Pop customer service for support. Their email reply was that this is a sandbox account, which is only used as a testing platform. I logged out of the phone app completely , force logged off — the technical issue is still unresolved.
