Can’t select pickup time

Unable to select a pickup time, says unavailable no matter what time I select. I have to call customer care and they select time and check out no problem. This has been going on for months. Ready to ditch Giant and go to Weis.

Be careful, the website is still glitching badly. It defaults the pickup address to "1901 Nutt Road" and if you change it to your local store, it says "delivery not available in this location" even though you want pickup.

Keep getting "Error" message when attempting to check out. Says selected time is not available, but any new time I select says the same thing. Why are the times there anyway, of not available? Come on Giant, you can surely do better than that!!

Website used to be fine, but now is as flaky as the app. Coupons load and then disappear at checkout. Prices change as you add and remove items from your cart. Searching for items by name almost never yields an appropriate result so you end up scrolling through all your past purchases and if you click something, when you go back you have to start at the top of the list again.

Consistent Session Expired Notice Appears on Giant Website

Getting "Session Expired" immediately when I attempt to log into Giant website. What's going on? Have never encountered this in all the years I've been ordering from them. I have checked all my connections and settings and it is NOT on my end. Nor am I having a problem getting onto any of the other websites I go to. Any help to be had please? Thank you.

I have tried to log in and even keep refreshing the page and trying to log in on a different browser but their Giantfoodstores.com site isn't working for a week and a day already and I had called and complained to several different customer service agents over a few days and they said it wasn't just me having problems with their site and that they would report what I told them and they all said that they would have someone call me back but they never did!

The site will not allow you to change delivery addresses, check times for pick ups, choose stores for pickups in both West Lawn and Sinking Spring areas. As a result they have lost over $400 order from me alone. No one on duty to help with issues after banker hours. Some people work and are unable to be on the phone with a website that should be working seamlessly considering the amount of money they are loosing from customers because of website incompetence. Since my issue has occurred not once, not twice but three times. I am closing account and moving on to a grocery store site that works. Redner's, Weise or Boyer's markets in Pennsylvania. At least they work and have people to fix problems right away.

Very frustrated! I'm in Baltimore and, now that I'm, ahem, elderly, I need delivery service. It was reliable in the past, but for the past month or so, the site is often "down for maintenance." I am running out of food but can't order for delivery, and I don't want to go to the store for a full order, with lots of heavy stuff that I can't carry. I'm getting disgusted and considering other options, although I've been a loyal Giant shopper for about 55 years! At the very least, Giant should post a better explanation on its website or advise on the best hours to access the site.

Why is it the the website is almost never working any more?
