Subsciption is about to renew itself and due to server errors 2FA is not working. So I am unable to get into my account and cancel that bs. Support is only available via chat or call within a time window where normal person is at work. To top this they don't even have a customer contact email. The shitty iPad App still has no landscape mode (after promising this 4 years ago and saying they're working on it "every day" lol.... as if). I bought the hero 9 and the hardware is good (besides the janky touchscreen and overheating problems) but the customer experience is the worst because these greedy jerks don't care about anyone that purchases their crap.
