I have been trying for over 1 week to get a ticket but it keeps giving me a (AD04) code, tried on 2 cell phones, a laptop, and a desktop PC with 3 different cards and got the same thing. I called customer service and was told for $20 Extra they could do the ticket over the phone. I went to Dollar General, CVS, and Walgreens to pay in cash and all said they do not do greyhound tickets, yet it is listed on the app that they do.
