Website keeps logging me out 30 seconds after I have logged in. Tried 3 web browsers and 2 devices and 2 internet connections. The problem occurs across all three browsers.

Server always offline when it's needed. What a STUPID idea that owners of a program already installed on a computer have to connect to Hallmark in order to use the program.

Tried to buy some items on Hallmark.com from their shop, and every time I try to click the button that says, "Place My Order", this error comes up:
"An unexpected problem occurred and your order could not be submitted. Please try again in a few seconds or call customer service for help. Thank you for your patience.".
