Mobile app not working

Desktop site working fine. Mobile app not working since 1/2/24. Chat support X 4 with all suggestions tried (recover PW, Uninstaller, reinstall, clear data, cache, force stop, restart phone....nothing working. "OOPS...ERROR ON OUR END" message continues.

Frustrated

I have not been able to log in to my app for 2 days. I was advised by the hotel to reinstall app which I have done twice with no success. Contacted hilton honors via text chat and was told to wait a few hours. Going on day 3 unable to access my account via app. Can log on through a web browser though.

I am newly converted from Diamond Resorts and have been trying for days to logon at Hilton Honors with no success. Also, have never been introduced via teleconference to the program as scheduled. Had a call from Rep who said we were not the status of people he was to talk with and promised someone would call us over a month ago. They got our $$ and the calls have stopped.

Still can't log in to my team member discount or regular hilton.com. I've talked to Hilton there absolutely no help. They keep trying to rest my password after I told them I already did that. They said nothing was wrong with my account that the tech team is working on it and to wait 24 hours. Ughh so frustrating ????

I can't log in to hilton.com, Hilton honors account or Hilton Go site for family and friends discount. I noticed 2 hours ago. Although I also have the Hilton honors app and am always logged in so the app is working. I keep getting the same message as every one else.

it used to work great. You could go on the app and select a room a day in advance of reservation. Lately, that option on the app is constantly not working. Have to call the hotel and select room. That's a time waster especially when you end up talking to a rep at the front desk with a big attitude!.

Making a BIG trip and scheduling to stay at a Hilton and to use/gather points. I go to the Hilton Honors login page (https://www.hilton.com/en/hilton-honors/login/) and it won't allow me to login. The Captcha security freezes. Afterward, the entire website freezes - even after it's reloaded. Sheesh!
