Every time i go to the website, i type in product size type etc very specific and it gives me random crap i didnt ask for ie plywoud 1/2 4x8 or 4x8 plywood. I get osb, paneling etc. I asked for plywood and 4 x 8 not 4 x 4 etc same in plumbing ask for 1/2" pvc i get metal copper plastic . Irratating.

Gotta admit this is frustrating. First they copy LOWES by offering Military discount, then they require us to use their APP to get the discount, then the APP is almost never available. Have needed to use cashier assistance for the past month. If I put in my phone number (like it used to allow before the APP requirement) it logs you in, but gives no discount.

Both my husband and I had our Visa debit cards declined at Home Depot on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. We were at 2 different terminals to self-check out. We have 2 different debit card #s. Both purchases were for just over $10.00. Our bank account has well over that! Transactions went through when I switched to purchase both items with my American Express Card. I didn't want to use an actual credit card. Why wouldn't Home Depot accept our debit cards? A lady at the terminal just ahead of my husband also appeared to be having payment issues.

Constant issues logging in go all the way through process to get the browser may be in error or out of date. So I update my app and online still won’t allow me to log in. Need to pay my bill but need to see if my returns have gone through. Just about to give up on ol depot. My local stores can give me all details i need in 1 call in about 10 secs plus I receive an automatic 15% discount bc I’m a contractor.

The web site changes have completely left me without my purchase history unlinked my present card, added as my default card one not used in years, removed my current card and history. Endless loops on customer service keep directing me to the same process to link my present card (not a new card) with none of if working. I'm stuck in an endless loop of frustration with no resolution. Calls to support can't add my card, to my account, keep redirecting my calls to more people that tell me all over again the same thing.

Home Depot website is not working correctly. If you try to check in, you'll get an error message or the update won't complete. I hope you are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Also my friend had a bad experience with The Home Depot and, as a direct result, he is boycotting The Home Depot because they are interfering with his small business. I would never buy from someone who acted like that to me. I feel very betrayed for him by The Home Depot and just want to get his money back because he has a business to run. Can you please contact me immediately and let me know you will get back to me as soon as possible?
