Can't check out in the app or the website! When I do manage to get an order through, the sizing of things is way off. The quality of the materials in their over priced Tshirts has gotten so cheap it's honestly not worth the trouble anymore.

I have tried placing an order multiple times. It allows me to put payment information in, add a gift card, and submit order but gives a message saying, "We could not place your order. Please check your order information and try again." I've been checking if I put in the right info, which I did but it continues to send the same message.

Hot topic needs to fix it's app cause I'm gonna lose it.

I can't look at anything listed in the app without it saying "No items found, please try again" then it switches to "Failed to load, check your internet and please try again."

Well I've checked my Internet and it's fine and it won't work, even tried to use my data and it wouldn't work. I EVEN RESET MY PHONE. AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.

This Page Isn't Working - Hot Topic

I'm relieved to see I am not the only one having an issue with the Hot Topic site. It will not allow me complete my order. It keeps popping up with a "This page isn't working." error and ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Even when you clear the cookies as it suggests, it still will not work.

Always glitchy. If I try to log in with my account and check out it wont let me checkout. If I do it under guest it will. Why even have an account when you can't use your rewards?? Nothing ever works, the website is too slow, it wouldn't take my card it only took my PayPal. update: spoke with a rep through live chat, they gave me a generic copy-paste message about the servers being down and people having trouble placing orders, the message also advised me to call their customer service number to place the order if i wish (but i have social anxiety which is why i'm shopping online lol)

Glad to know it is not just me! I have been trying to check on a larger order I put in a couple weeks ago, but my account is not working at all. I agree with the other comments - if they don't want our money, I mean... -sigh- I don't understand why they are bothering to have any sort of sales right now when nothing is working! And customer service finally got back to me after a week of constant calling and emails - "they are aware of the issue and are working on it." Shouldn't they send out a courtesy email to all their loyal patrons and apologize for the inconvenience? Maybe I'm just old school...
