I am trying to reserve seats on an Iberia Express operated flight, booked through British Airways. I cannot use the Iberia Express flight as they rejected the booking code. BA says Iberia will handle it, but the Iberia 'Customize Your Flight' section is suffering a seemingly terminal 'Unexpected Server Error'.

I can get as far as the payment section on the Iberia app but then it won't accept my payment. On my laptop as soon as I put in my dates it says "sorry cannot show flights". Basically impossible to book a flight from other device. Very frustrating

Mobile App Login not Working

Works just fine on a laptop. SOL using the app. Even changed the password and the situation was the same; fine on a laptop but not using the mobile app. To put things into perspective, these are the same folks who would not recognize their own Chase Iberia card though, after three months of requests, somehow credited an extra 50,000 Avios points to my account. Maybe this is just how Iberia rolls?

Filled out all information for check in 3 times and at the end they say they are down. The country and date spots are slow and sometimes put in their own data. The IT team should be fired. I'll never fly them again.

For unexplained reasons, clicking the "continue" button at the end of the emergency contacts page does not work, so the on-line check-in cannot be completed. In general, four out of five times there is a problem like that on the iberia site. Too bad!

The website is horrendously buggy. If you get the logo that keeps whirling, you can still navigate the site in the background using the tab button on your keyboard to go from button to button. Once over a menu (usually a down carrot) or once you get to the button, press enter on your keyboard (this replaces the mouse click you would normally do). Use the space bar to check and un-check a checkbox. This is the only way I've been able to check in, manage my flight, pay for bags, etc. Hope this helps!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have fobbed me off 3 times today. The customer services agent I spoke to at Iberia Plus was particularly rude, and put the phone down on me, leaving me dumbfounded. I wanted to complain, but could not find any place to write/call. They say systems are down...but that seems to have been the case since my cancelled flight back in february.
