Ibotta glitch

Tapped product from added items. It went to another screen to add item. When I tapped on the item it went back to the previous screen. Wouldn’t let me get my $ ????

App hasn't worked in over a week, keeps saying can't connect, try again later. If this lasts any longer I'm uninstalling for good this time. Most people shop online now and major retailers no longer offer paper receipts for online orders, which has cut back the stores I can use the app with to only one store. If I didn't have a cash back balance close to being redeemable, I would have already uninstalled it and found an alternate that has kept up with the changes of most retailers only offering digital receipts now. This app use to be awesome, but unless it learns how to accept digital receipts, the app is going to be useless very quickly.

Can't connect for 3 days now...

I haven't been able to use the app for 3 days. I constantly get an error page with a rocket ship that says, "Oops! We're having trouble connecting. Please try again in a few minutes." Except it's been way longer than a few minutes, I've put off my grocery shopping waiting for the problem to be fixed... I can't put it off any longer.

Ibotta bad update

It said you must update the application in order to use it. After the update, its giving the same message as not able to connect. I restarted cellphone, I force to stop the application and all day long it is saying not able to connect as internet problem which I dont have it.

Cannot get on site to submit a ticket for not getting cash back

First off, had a grocery order placed with Walmart through the Ibotta app and did not get any of the cash back I should have gotten which was almost $25 plus a $5 bonus. Then tried to go on the website to submit a ticket and can't even get on the website. I bought these items especially for the cash back otherwise wouldn't have bought these brands but tried them out.
