Can't check out. They have a bug in their system, but no one who works with customer service knows how to fix it (or whom to contact).

Help for me, a 77 yr. old non techie, person who just wants to order food delivery because of aging

I started my order just like I normally do. I log on to instacart.com and pick Walmart and shop and check out and then get a message they do not deliver to my address. I looked up and saw they were in Ohio. I don't know how that happened because I'm in California. So I redid the link and started my order and then it was in the right state CA but even after my order was approved by Capitol One card Instacart said it locked my account. I called for help and they sent me a link to be able to check my id but my computer doesn't have a camera and it wouldn't scan the card or my ID. I would like the Tech people to email me or call me so I can verify myself and continue to order my groceries. I'm 77 and have no one locally to help me with these techie things.

Order completed then reassigned to new shopper.

Order went through, communication with shopper good, msg order completed. Then nothing for almost an hour. Then all the sudden, new shopper starting my order. While chat with the new shopper, trying to figure out what happened, doorbell rings and original shopper dropping off the order. Canceled the order with the second shopper. Now account shows order canceled, no charge, and hold amount to be refunded within 7-10 days. Now I will have to monitor it to make sure everything processes ok. What a mess.

I ordered Groceries from Stater Brothers near me
Apple Valley and bear Valley rd fir month!!!
Today I have been on this Instacart since 10 a.m.
The store Instacart decided for me is 25 min away on Bear valley rd gor a " pi k up groceries" .....I do not drive!!!
I'm trying now to reload

1. I want the Stater brother store near me !!

Website won't let me put in my new card. Says its accepted but doesn't show up. Keeps showing the old card for payment which had been discontinued. Cannot even get into my account only get the home image but nothing else. Chat person did not seem to know what was going on was not every helpful. I used it about 5 days ago and everything was fine.
