System maintenance??

I keep getting "This service will be unavailable due to system maintenance." Have gotten every time attempted since maintenance was supposed to be completed. Unable to find when system will be back up.

Website for payment plan still "unavailable" since 9:30pm EDT on 4/18/22. The 'alternate contact' phone service - directed to call when error notice (above) received - also "unavailable" since same time on 4/18/22.

The website is not recognizing me. When I enter the amount on my tax return to see my status of my 2021 return. Not freaking cool then you call and on hold for hours upon hours. For them to only tell they don't know anything and don't have any further information. Then every time you each representative agent pushes you recieved time back a f$%king another month or two. What is really going on. Then they have nothing that says they received my 2020 tax return by mail after correction but they tell no no no don't send it again either Holly crap like get it together....

irs.gov payment history is not accurate. Dropped 3 recent payments off the list but did have the most latest. Not. good feeling when no record of latest payments. Awful service!

Fix the website! No excuse for it not to be working. 55minutes past the maintenance completed window and still the message of downtime is up and access not allowed.

ID.ME doesn't like my perfectly legit, current, all-information-correct license issued to me from the state of Arizona. ID.ME refuses to get back to me to resolve this issue. result? I cannot use the IRS website to get valuable info for me to do my taxes. Does the IRS want my money .. I guess not.

Wont let me sign in. It keeps telling me info doesn't match no matter how many times I recheck it which had been working fine until recently . Also on phone app says same. Then when I tried check it with when I sent it , it said it hadn't been 24 hours yet thought I had sent it in almost 2 weeks ago.

Kept saying no new information. For the last 3 weeks and now saying my info is wrong when I type it in. I filled at H&R block February 1st and am still waiting and now the site is messed up. It makes me go in panic mode when you rely on that money..

Are you kidding? It's always terrible. Almost every time I try to use the online site for something I really need, the site is down. Nevermind paperwork. You need 12 years of college to figure out how to fill it out. The IRS should be done away with.

I cannot get into setting up a payment plan in my account. I get an error. I finally got a notice on 1/15/2021 after I filed my tax return. It is notice to seize (levy) your property.... today I got what it looks like should have been the 1st notice I should have gotten 12/20/2021 regular notice showing my balance due. I sure hope I can get on their website before they come and take everything when I haven't had the chance to setup a payment plan.
