Very worrying when you get no warning, also tried their support chat but no indication anything is wrong. Site has lost account data and isnt functioning at all.

Loss of functionality #iTrustOutage

As an IT Engineer I understand outages happen, however, outages are usually due to poor planning and/or testing. With that being said, an outage with ZERO communication is unacceptable.

Hey located in California said it was open til 5pm Friday. A phone call b4 5pm Cali time voicemail revealed gone at 4pm. Does this M-F place have anyone working on the problem? I'm sure they'll at least get to work on it Monday. 2 days not a lot of happy customers. Ever notice when you sell always way lower and buy always way higher then execution price? Sure it happens quick but always to me. Bonus bump in program? Anyone else?
