I don't think they understand e-commerce

Always slow and clunky. I've tried their site several times, and I've tried to be patient, but all it does is eat up my data as it takes so long to bring up an item after clicking on it. Typical old-fashioned fabric store retailing style that has no place in e-commerce.

Green screen of death

I had to delete the app altogether. Every single time I opened it my phone became toast until the battery ran out. You couldn't go to another screen in the app or to any other app; it would just switch back to the green Joann screen. You couldn't even shut the phone off! Trying to shut the phone off just made the phone entirely unresponsive. No other site has ever hijacked my phone this way. It's unfortunate because I used to shop on the app a lot but, not anymore and I'm not likely to put it back on my phone again.

Mar 2023 Currently: Why does Joann.com webmasters suck... the big weenie?

27 Mar 2023 Joann site thinks we're bots; cannot get in for past 2 weeks; never a problem before in years. Contacted 3x; given the run around. It's Joann who seems to HIRE outsourced bots. Too bad; the prices and choices online are often best. Joann is going down; seems intentional. Stock went from $20/ to $2; now attempting to borrow $100M but no telling where that money will really end up.. smells funny. With Jo's mgmt., the money won't go to please customers. Maybe Joann mgmt. would be better off working for the government.

Your check out is completely broken, and doesn't take me to any page confirming my order or telling me that my order was placed. i've tried SIX TIMES, I'm taking my money to Michaels.

Contacted Joann.com via their contact me item on the webpage, but, so far no relief. Seems like the entire site is really bolluxed up right now - no way to sign on, and the search engine gives NOTHING. At point, they had a message up that it is having technical difficulties, but I'm just going to chill and wait. Before it went down totally, I have having problems with the pick up in store coupon to correctly apply to the applicable items, and, while I was trying to get that to work for me, it totally started the downward trend......
