This is the link that comes up no matter what KP.org extention I tried. https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org then the only thing that loads is the word "Forbidden" in the upper left corner. I tried all KP links.

Going to kp.org via my Firefox and Edge browsers returns a single word on the page load: Forbidden. That's it. No html coding on the page, no "site is currently undergoing maintenance" kind of message, just "Forbidden."

Think this website is the worst - routine broken links, convoluted messaging process, documents not uploaded, many care providers listed I've never seen, scheduling applet makes care decisions instead of care providers, frequently slow to load or does not load at all - scheduling a nightmare.

i have been a Kaiser patient for at least 40 years. I would leave now but I am 90 years old and I value the care I have received.

I have been getting error messages for months despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. When I log in it says the page you are trying to access is no longer available. This happens on both the Kaiser Permanente Health and Fitness app as well as the My Doctor Online in Cal app.

What the hell? Also some websites say "healthy.kaiser" others say "thrive.kaiser" . Is Kaiser changing its website name and this is causing a problem? Whatever, it is ridiculous that the problem has not yet been solved.

I have 10 notifications saying that I have lab test results available. I have checked for three consecutive days and the app still is not working. I emailed my Doctor Who told me he doesn’t work until Thursday so I don’t know when I will get my results.

Worst website for the worst medical coverage. Down or having issues all the time, full of bugs, and even when it works and I can email my doctor there's no guarantee MY doctor will even respond, I might get a random doctor with no knowledge of my condition (so I have to reexplain everything). Just an absolute nightmare to use for every possible tab on there. Cost and coverage has never actually had the cost of my procedures (if they even have the procedure at all). And the pre check in didn't work either, after doing everything right I was still told to go speak to the receptionist. Every function on this website is broken

On 12.3.2021 there's 2 KP Apps just stopped allowing access. Learned on in the middle of December 2021 the MyKPMEds was updated. I uninstall and reinstall, but sill received " Unable to connect to Server. Try again." The My Doctors Online I'am received "Our Systems are not responding . Try later"

On phone, enter search terms such as kp.org, kaiser.org, kaiser.com, etc.
No Google hits appeared whatsoever. Just my desktop remained in view with a blank search field. 'Spose it could be my phone...I will check another device. But no response at all?
