I am shocked at how slow this site it, how often I can't access it. As a competitor to Amazon, which I went with for this reason, they are failing miserably to offer a viable alternative. "Not Amazon" is not a competitive advantage. I am finding all of their offerings lacking and their website, in particular, to be shockingly poor.

Always great service but I have been unable to log in to the website from my laptop for several months now. Fine on Kobo app via mobile phone. I need to update bank account details urgently but I can't get through! Very disappointed as I have mentioned this issue via Kobo chatbot on another occasion and was unable to solve the problem. Thinking of closing my account and getting service with another company
