What to do if the site LICHESS.ORG is unavailable?

If LICHESS.ORG works, but you cannot access the site or its individual page, try one of the possible solutions:

Browser cache.
To delete the cache and get the current version of the page, refresh the page in the browser using the key combination Ctrl + F5.

Access to the site is blocked.
Clear your browser cookies and change the IP address of the computer.

Antivirus and firewall. Check that anti-virus programs (McAfee, Kaspersky Antivirus or an analogue) or a firewall installed on your computer do not block access to LICHESS.ORG.

DNS cache.
Clear the DNS cache on your computer and try to access the site again.

Glitch with Import Game?

Unable to retrieve games that have been played on Lichess and stored in clipboard on my device last five days, the PGN appears in box but as soon as I try to import game it returns to homepage?, never had this issue before with this excellent site.

Lichess is an amazing site, but it's been having issues lately.
Hopefully they get sorted out, it's by far the best site, I'm not going to leave it either way.

Works in Incognito (when you're not logged in) but when attempting to login, it's indefinitely spinning & displays Lichess timeout screen after a while. Cache and cookie clear unsuccessful, multiple browsers attempted. Unable to even access forums to report.

same today, 21-Sept-2022, as it happened in 08-Oct-2021: server is down for logged users, but works fine if you open it in a private (incognito) window.
