We have made further changes to the Domain records and run tests via webmail. These tests are sending and receiving correctly which indicates that the issue has been fixed at our system end.
SMTP Port Settings: Both port 465 and 587 can be used, but our preference is to use 587.
I have attached some downloaded instruction notes on how to change the Outgoing Port settings on various systems, in case someone does want to change their settings.
I would recommend the users restart their devices and test send an email before making any other changes.
Let me know if we have been successful this time.

now working..!!!?

Well.... After 3 months and 13 days.. My email sending is now working... No reasons why ATM or when/how problem was fixed...?? ( never was my equipment )I would really like to know.. So I will be silent now till next time..!!

What a load of frog..sh..

Over 3 months now here, and our manager says its the server thats problematic and technicians have been on it for months....???? What a load of crap..!!! Im sure the Technicians would be insulted by that excuse.....???

FFS.. Still not working

Ran a web based email diagnostics test.... came up with this.
Reverse DNS Resolution - No PTR Record found
So I read the IP server needs to fix this.. no-one else can.

29th Nov still cannot send email through hostedemail..?? Because they are a remote server they dont care who has issues with them, they still get there subscription payments from the public.

email issues here at my retirement village in victoria, some residents using village email address through Mail.b.hostedemail not able to send emails... although can receive..?? no one here knows why... attempted failed sent email errors report as blacklisted some are suspended..???? All from/since @ 15th nov..????
