Rogers eMail, now online banking

Have been dealing with the Rogers Yahoo mail using Outlook issue for two months. No joy. Yesterday while trying to pay bills through the online banking app (RBC) I could view the Accounts Summary page but could not get closer to opening the service to pay bills online. Frustration and anger now at a boiling point.

Tells me to answer password, username or password can’t be found.

Try again, enter password, get captcha, answer captcha, password fails.

Click forgot password, enter email- error- something went wrong on our end.

Tried going straight to Rogers.mail.com- same result.

yesterday my id worked fine but my wife's would not let her sign on
two calls and nearly 3 hours resulted in 'problem at yahoo we need to reset -- will transfer you to mgmt tech but waiting time is 4 more hours. gave up and started today at 6.30 a.m. a agent at 7.38 who said -- i will now transfer you to live agent --- it is now 8.09 and no live agent ------ there must be a better solution at Bell
