App Doesn’t Work- Gave Up Went Somewhere Else

I’m a new customer to Marco’s. I created my account and tried to order on my way home tonight. The app was “stuck” at the choose a location page. I gave up and went somewhere else!

Website's been down for over a month.

I've tried twice in the past month...no go. Can get to login page, but then just hangs. Not ordering anymore. Hard to hear on the phone to call them, and why should the staff pay by taking them away from food prep to answer the phone. Please fix the website!

Marcos fix this or u guys r losing longtime customers

I just ordered but it keeps not adding my loyalty points and I can't track my order because it says I must log into the correct account while logged into the account I've had for 3 years!!! It also lost my loyalty reward because of said crappy update!!! I order pizza for easy dinner options but this is so frustrating when so many other pizza sites have way better apps and websites!!!

Impossible to order

Haven't been able to order for a month. Won't let me log in. Tells me the store two blocks away is suddenly out of delivery range. Won't send password reset. How are they staying in business?

app and site isn't fully loading. I've been trying to place an order online so I can use my loyalty rewards for about an hour. Tried several different devices between laptops and mobile phones. Other sites load. So I'm lead to believe it's marcos with the issue
