I’m finding people in “My conversations” that I didn’t approve of their request, meaning that I’m automatically being matched with people I didn’t even like. Also, I’ve been matched with people that were already in “My conversations” but I never liked.

Joined two days ago. Numerous problems with my account login had to keep resetting password to gain access. Now can’t do anything and password reset links won’t come through. Email three times in last two days about account issues with references no reply. I too had ongoing chats. So disappointing what am I paying for!

Using my one and only email and password for months the site is not recognising either email or password and not allowing access I am paying a subscription .It tells me its sending a link to reset password but hasn't done and this has gone on for over 8 hours now

The match expert is horrible they match me with things that I don't even have as my likes and height and I've tried to contact match three times and they said they're working on it and they've never taken the guy down he keeps matching with people me with people 3 inches shorter than me and a bunch of things that I don't even have as likes it's horrible and now I can't even get on and I don't know why my subscription is not canceled for 10 more days

What is wrong with the Match and Our Time sites? I can't log in to either today. Could yesterday. But several times last week could not log in. Says "Site won't open". I cleared my browser cookies ad cache as it worked last time. Now even that doesn't work. No problem with other sites. I just paid for another 6 months.......now can't access either site.
