As of writing this review (1/3/2024), my experience has been awful due to weeks of errors from supposed being down. Experiencing issues like, not being able to login, receive a password reset email. Not being able to login in general, it's very hard to claim and use mperk points, and they expire I was recently aware of, and would be a waste. Wished they did not expire, or wished we would get compensated for what we have lost due to their side, not ours.

Cannot log into app, nor can I reset my password as I do not receive a email. And yes, everything is correct. Tried reinstalling, cleared cache, cookies all that.

And, it's not just me either, my family also cannot access their account, or get a email.

Mperks app not functioning well if at all...

Cannot clip any of the mperk coupons on laptop nor on android phone. Cannot filter categories. When filtering alphabetically it brings up whatever first letter is - e.g., typing A brings up A great deal. O brings up Our best bologna...etc.

Mperks

Mperks is not working. It logged me into my old mperks account with my old phone number and I have more than enough mperks to get $.10 off gas now my points are gone and it’s back to my old phone number. If it’s not working by next Thursday I’m done with Mperks.

It was down all day yesterday (Thurs. Aug. 11th), and still is this morning (currently a little after 10 AM, Friday now) for me. I can get on the site just fine, but searching for items I need, it just continually gets stuck on "Loading fulfillment information" no matter what I'm trying to look up.

No picture; won’t load anything, can’t see the products. Bern this way all week of 9/8-12!! I d see pend lots of money at that store, but now I can’t do any shopping. I will not shop online if product pictures are not displayed!

Trying to place the order and I get "Something went wrong on our end. Please try your order again" or something like that. Not the first time I've seen this error on both the app and the website. Very frustrating as I cannot physically shop in person due to disability.
