Could just be me, however, having issues with using the car controls within the app. It was last reported April 26 at 3:26AM. Again could be me.

Infotainment and all associated functions not working

2022 C Class infotainment system and associated function not working, no collision avoidance parktronic etc also passenger window randomly opened third ocassion this happened MB Breakdown refuse to attend this time claimed shouldn't have last two times as not a breakdown awful customer service and worse new car I've had

In my second year of 22 model mercedes ,mercedes me app is useless ,it wont function ,if it does ,are my doors locked ,windows shut , has completely disapeared. I wont spend any more time more than 2 months i have already have, seeking help from mercedes ,they cant fix it ,i will live without it ,i would never pay to use it ,as it wont function

Site is horrible, bad code, bad servers, errors all the time and sorry messages about site problems. Hard to believe Germans are this bad at software.

2016 MB or older cars no longer are supported

The MB Concierge informed me yesterday that 3G was officially turned off which means if you have a MB that was manufactured in 2016, non of the services will work. Not sure why a car would be on 3G when 4g&5g were available were rolled out at that time. It also doesn’t make sense that an over the air signal cant be sent to the car to just “update” the system. So essentially if we want these features to work, we would basically have to purchase a brand new mercedes. I’m going back to BMW, never again will I buy a MB. After 5,6 years the cars features that were paid for are absolutely worthless and just there for decor.

App has not worked since 22 July 2022 and no fix in sight. And company says no extension for lost use of app. So if app doesn’t work for 3 years I don’t get a 3 year extension
