Haven't been able to log since January 1st called and they working on the website now its May and it still doesn't work I think they don't want it to work so they can save Money

I have had this pet insurance for 2 days now and I have had nothing but problems. I can't use their app and I can't log into my account with their website. They took my money then sent me a message saying that they had trouble processing my premium? When i signed up for them the cost said it was $35.96 when I went to check out and Pay it jumped to $47 with no reason why. Then they removed only $35.96 from my bank account. Then sent me an email telling me they can't process it.

I’ve tried to submit a claim 3 times, but the website never resolves after hitting submit. There were three days between my submission attempts. I checked my internet connection with speed test to rule that out . Please repair

Slow bad customer hold times if you even get a person they do not know what they are doing. Find another carrier. They plain SUCK!!! and they are now Farmers. YUCK!!!

The website NEVER works - you can never login without constant "System Error" messages and you can not access your account. Doesn't matter which browser you use either - Chrome, Edge, Mozilla all have the same problem so it is at MetLife's end.
