'Unable to Log in' error

Michaels site and app are both giving an 'Unable to Login; something went wrong' error when logging in both with password and biometric touch and suggest contacting support@michaels.com. I was able to login earlier since I placed an order and am waiting for pickup order fulfillment.

Error Msg

Getting an error message via online checkout. "We had to make some changes. Please go back to your cart for details," then it when it redirects me to my cart, with no changes reflected and still a full cart! So frustruating! I just want to checkout and pay for my items, but I just keep getting kicked back to the cart. I tried with my cc and with paypal. I went to my bank account and there are two pending paypal transactions on my there for michaels! What the... I will be calling in the morning when they open to complain and disupte those. What a waste if time. Fix your dang website, Michaels. I mean, just read the reviews on here.

Can't Check Out

Michaels won't let me check out - giving error code 40971. Cleared cache, tried different browser. Items are listed as half off (not a promo code, just a sale) but the cart seems to be fighting this and listing them at full price which causes the error to generate.

Plus, I used the PayPal option 3 different times and it went through on their end, but not on Michaels site. I called the actual store to see if they had any of my orders and they do not, but the charges are still pending on my account so it really pisses me off.
