I managed to read two articles when on the bus home today - went off while loading a third, hasn't
worked since.
Some of the websites (Including Lebara's own) say the service is fine!
I can tell you, it's not.
Come on Lebara - pull your finger out, otherwise, I will have no option but to change provider.

Been with Lebara for 2 yrs - never known it so bad.

No Lebara internet in London currently

No Internet on Lebara SIM. It shows 4G or 5G in the top status bar (Android phone), but in actual fact there is no data connectivity. Cannot access any websites. I moved through different parts of London and the same issue was noticed in all places. Having to rely solely on WiFi.

Voda problems.

Suddenly Vodafone issues in my area. Both Lebara and Asda SIM having the same problem. Can use data for 20 seconds before it cuts off and takes around 40 seconds to recover for another 20 seconds of use. If I put it on 3g, around a minute of surf time before a cut-off for around 30 seconds. It's been like that since yesterday evening.

This is disgraceful as no communication to inform us of the network not working. I have been waiting all day for an emergency call from the cancer team as regards to red flags with cancer treatment. They had to email eventually after not being able to call my husband or myself as we are both on Lebara. Lesson to be learnt here. I called customer services they said it should be working by the end of the day! Not good enough ????

Has started giving regular "server error" when trying to contact numbers I have had no issue calling in the past.

I have had a Lebara SIM since 07/06 . I have had to call the help number and when they can'y hear me, use the online CHAT almost everyday. The advisors do try to help and for a day it seems to work, them back to vice breaking up and no mobile data. I am supposed to be getting a new SIM, but then if that doesn't work I will have to end my contract

Rubbish customer support from Lebara.

No mobile service for 4 days now in my area. I am having to travel 5 miles down the road each time I need to make a call. It shows as a problem on Vodafone network status but absolutely no problems according to Lebara web pages. Customer service is appalling, and after contacting them through chat they aren't interested because they don't own the network. Surely they could at least keep their customers informed with up-to-date status reports and ETA of a fix on their web pages.
