Morningstar.co.uk portfolio page has been down for 3 days. It is possible to log-in but not see the portfolio pages. Although this message appears "We are currently experiencing intermittent difficulty during Premium user registration. We appreciate your patience as we investigate." this message has been appearing for months including when there is access to portfolios.

Morningstar.co.uk Portfolio has been down for at least 24 hours

Morningstar UK's portfolio not available yesterday (13-Dec-22) and early today. Strapline message states:

"We are currently experiencing intermittent difficulty during Premium user registration. We appreciate your patience as we investigate."

Using morningstar.com will not get you access to your portfolio unless you had set up a purely US securities portfolio on that website version

Portfolio weightings are completely incorrect (only totals up to 25%) and it no longer gives me a total day return, it just constantly says -. It's been like this for 2 months now! I'm not sure why anyone would pay for a premium service when things rarely work correctly with this company.

Morningstar mobile app has not worked for near 3 weeks now. I have called and was told the same thing - the site is down and we are working on it. 3 weeks is just too long. Especially when you are paying.

I;ve had more problems accessing Morningstar's Portfolio page than any site I use. It's very undependable. And yet they want to sell me access to a site that doesn't always work. Disgusting.

morningstar.com opens but there is a mirror effect -- two pages open and say i'm signed in already. i say to continue and it continues to say i'm signed in already. no matter which of the mirror pages i go to. same on both chrome and firefox. this happens TOO often. it's been going on for some months, intermittently. the site is up at times but this is very aggravating
