im trying to transfer data through my konami id i have an account and for some reason cant access the website to login. it just says forbidden error 14 ive been trying for days and ive checked to see if the website was down it doesnt have any issues and i cant find a single solution for what might be wrong on my end.

My account has been stolen for all I can't return it via my email because of your failed sites in dealing with the user, and also we spend 8000 coins on the Icon Moment package without getting any player and thank you for everything Konami we hated the game
