Friggin s l o w about responding to pw and user name reboots; then doesn't SAVE them when I click to do so. Makes it an exasperating and worthless tool for the patient. Disaster ever since that ransomeware attack. I unfortunately counted on them too much. Was working but now all i get is text saying i have a message but nothing when i log in. Causing BIG PROBLEM since doctors office uses my chart to communicate, not call you. Its been doing this for 2 days, just stopped working. Cant find help.

Perhaps it was hacked. Unknown to me, my MyChart.emc.org login icons were replaced on my laptop AND my desktop with a solid blue "S" and there was a note that the website was FOR SALE! I live alone, have many medical issues, and depend on MyChart. Please fix!

Ongoing problem. Been trying for the last 5 days to log in and pay the bill currently showing due. I input the billing information and then it takes me back to what I have already entered. Will pay when I go to my next appointment tomorrow.

I just recently had an MRI done for a knee injury and with MyChart down I couldn't confirm my physical therapy appointment causing it to be cancelled. And now it's been almost a week and I can't get into MyChart to get my MRI results. Please fix this ASAP.

Im having issues getting in touch with my doctors office as well. Even the call center guy couldn't get through to the front desk of my clinic. This is absolutely unacceptable regardless of the IT security problem. They need to figure out how to be available to their patients, period. Some people's lives are literally at stake. No one knows how to manage when they can't rely on technology. Its Pathetic. And im a techy with an IT degree too, and I still think its Pathetic.

I had an appt on Thurs with my doc and when I went the system was down… they could not access my records/go over ultrasound results, schedule anything, he said he would call me hopefully by Monday. It was odd. Drove there for nothing. Still cannot access mychart, mother cannot refill prescription. They couldn’t give an explanation other than that the system is down. Wonder what the reason is..

MyChart has been down now for several days. I live in the Seattle, WA area.
How is it possible for such an important medical resource to be unavailable for days on end. Has EPIC (the company that provides this service) been hacked? If so can they not provide some kind of update as to how soon they can be operational again? No plan B from this company? Frustrating and inexcusable! Virginia Mason/Franciscan should be searching for a much more reliable resource and dump EPIC!!! Yes, Epic FAILURE!!!

I understand the frustration. In the age of instant gratification, patience seems to not exist anymore. Not that long ago, medical records could only be accessed via post mail, or going to the clinic in person. Backup plans are great, but you can’t predict an outage. Also, in the age of “me me me”, there are other people living on this planet as well. Your doctor or any other healthcare personnel more than likely won’t be able to take your call right away. They’re also doing their jobs at the clinic by helping in-person patients.

Can’t get my medication refilled because of this. Tried calling my doctor’s office Franciscan Federal Way to see if I can get it another way, but I just keep getting the front desk and all they do is leave his nurse a message. I’ve gotten no call back. My pharmacist even tried calling to request and they couldn’t get ahold of him or his nurse either. Is there seriously no other way to get medication refilled? It’s been three days since I was supposed to.

Because MyChart is down I called my doctors office for help. They are also suffering from the same outage, and were not able to anything other than take down my issue and call back when the system is back up. This will only save me the frustration of trying to access MyChart but doesn't help to provide the help I need.
