I've been unable to access my accounts for a month through the usual login process on the website page. Mysynchrony closed one of accounts and reduced the credit limit on another account for no reason. I pay more than the minimum amount all my bills early or on time

How does Mysynchrony expect customers to make payments on their accounts when it is impossible to log in on the website? It just spins forever in purgatory. I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, etc. Your website is BROKEN.

The website isn’t allowing me to view my accounts or my payment options! It does let me login and says hello to my name! When I call the automation doesn’t recognize my SS#!? I am waiting for a card to be delivered and they know this! So why stop me from paying my bill?

Website sort of up but no data is available. Customer service (2 min. wait for me) reports global issue possible resolved in 3-4 hours. Data also not accessible via Wells Fargo bill pay (looking at last bill) and Paypal Extra Mastercard not showing up on Paypal login.
