Servers often down

Can't login to admin (could get in this morning). Get a 500 error eventually. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Netfirms. Have seen this multiple times over past few months (since I started trying to fix a friend's website). Absolute garbage.

constant problems logging into the admin of the account at netfirms. Fix the dame site so people can get into their accounts. Horrible company- put some money into the infrastructure. Would never recommend this company to anyone - not even an enemy

The same issue. I am not able to log in, the page ether loads forever or gives multiple redirect notice or error 500. keep in mind that is not on personal website, but primary NETFIRMS website login page.

they seem to outsource everything to third world countries, and costumer service as well as services keep getting worse. what is going on?

Four days, five customer service reps, and two supervisors, who promised to help and never called me back, who disconnected me after the first few minutes of explaining my problem. Still not resolved. Especially "Ritt" the supervisor five days later and major book coming out, and cannot access my control panel, they even refuse to help or take my calls. I am going to put it all over the web buyer beware. I need to transfer my domains and cant get help. I do not know how in the God's name they are one of the leading domain companies. I am so frustrated . . and upset. . . I could go on and on about these people over the last few days. No one helps. You get disconnected, etc. Customer Service Reps at least try. The supervisors disconnect you, won't assist. I have to solve this and I know how useless it is to contact them. They keep you waiting for almost an hour and then transfer to a supervisor and you get disconnected. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

I can not access my domain registered at Netfirms - my webmail plus I can not login to Netfirms - I am in NSW Australia and all my other regular www sites are OK. It is near 4.20am AEST Thank you for being able to post this. Back to the bunk.
