Problem of weak signals in BGMI game

I am from Fatehgarh Sahib my WiFi is working but I am facing weak signals in my game BGMI ping is about between in 150-200 after paying bill of one year the problem has started,and I call customer care many of time but no action was taken by them I mailed 4-5 time but no reply SO I REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM OF WEAK SIGNALS IN GAME (BGMI)

Pathetic service. Call centre executives don't know anything except their scripted line, they can't raise a issue ticket neither inform to customer about ETA in case of service down.Maintenance activities are happening in daytime causing service issue for consumers which they don't care about. Useless and pathetic experience
