My parents and also myself have been getting logged out 6-7x a day, literally sometimes more, ever since we signed up for newsmax+.. we have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and the system updates are automatic and up to date. It's ridiculous to be paying for a service that you can only acces MAYBE 50% of the time and for this long. When is this issue going to be fixed otherwise we are going to be cancelling service.. may not seem like much but when you add up the number of accounts going through this and were to cancel, a lot of money would be lost on your end..

Very Unreliable

This is crazy. The app on the phone does not work and neither does Roku app. They should have had the bugs worked out before rolling this all out. They will probably start to lose viewers soon over all this. It worked better when it was free and now they have charged me and it is very unreliable.

I have had so much trouble since my purchase of newsmax+ I either can't sign in or the app want work at all or it sends me to newsmax 2, it has worked a few times after finally getting in but today nothing again I think i will cancel my subscription if not fixed soon its not worth the trouble.

Now that I just paid $50, I can't get Newsmax plus to work with Firestick. I was able to sign in yesterday but today I just keep getting error messages. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, clearing cache, restarting...nothing works. Either I get a weird display with no place to sign in or back to "oops, something went wrong" message. What a joke...so disappointed.

Roku tv here. Same issue others are having. Newsmax worked yesterday, today it is not loading. Paid for year's subscription. This is ridiculous and theft as far as I am concerned. Have attempted to speak directly to a representative to no avail.

It was fine until they started hollering they needed us to start a subscription but once we started the subscription the service went downhill it's like wiping your ass with no toilet paper, it doesn't work fix it or issue everyone a refund.

Terrible frustrating experience continues

I have never had the same experience since Nov 1st. I spend a ridiculous amount of time each morning. I have paid twice. Once in the beginning and again when i was prompted by Roku to enter my code...no free trial. I am taking care of it through the credit card company. I am annoyed that Newsmax is not reassuring their viewers...THEY ARE STILL PROMOTING IT!!

Very Disheartening

I signed up for one year yesterday; couldn't find on Roku. Only Newsmax2 which is horrible. Stopped use of my credit card. This morning, clicked on Newsmax on Roku and it was working called Newsmax (not plus but not NM2 either) Current news. Tonight wouldn't load; just a blank screen. Later turned to NM2. Currently, I am now getting the real Newsmax again, but sad Trump's son's girlfriend is hosting Rob Schmitt. Uggg! I miss Tucker.

Loved newsmax when i swithed stations, took a little time to get used to them. Now they are a pay to view channel. I wont pay to see news. I found newsnation today and so far its ok. Downloaded the app on firestick.

Newsmax Plus appears to be unavailable on ROKU

I paid for Newsmax Plus but can't access it on my ROKU devices. I can get it on my laptop and iphone but not on my Roku connected TV's. If Newsmax is having an issue they need to put out a statement to that effect and say they acknowledge there's a problem and are working on it otherwise people and going to be cancelling Newsmax Plus. I called Newsmax and they were supposed to return my call but they didn't.

I went to the website and paid the $49.99 and was able to access Newsmax+ on my laptop, but not able to access it on my Samsung TV (Spectrum streaming service) or on my Roku on a separate TV. All I can get is Newsmax2! Ugh!!!

Provider: Lumos (NC). All day today my Roku devices have shown a b&w photo of Rosa Parks I/o Newsmax on ch. 190. Called Newsmax headquarters, and they report a normal broadcast signal. Lumos says no one has hacked into their system, suggested I reboot my router. Did not work.
