i pay for a free 30 days trail it went through then your stupid site crash and try to charge my card twice and now I cant cancel the free trail I am going to file a dispute to the feds as a credit card fraud and call my bank and block your ip access to my bank i will be download a different antivirus

Too dependent

Jan 25, password manager working however the website for my account is still not working correctly (won't let me update payment method). Customer service yesterday gave me an extra month. Too dependent on password manager am I.

Have exactly the same issues as all other people experienced, not being able to log in and Password Manager having ERROR. Never happened before and the customer support/ Online Chat is completely useless.

Status page says everything is working - WRONG! Issues with password manager started last night, aware of inability to access MyNorton or anything that uses the cloud connect from this morning.

Thought I was the only one having Password Manager issues today. Now I cannot even log into norton.com, too many requests from my PC won't even get login screen. Not very happy with tech support. May have to start looking for something more reliable.
