I have been having problems with Ocado website for several weeks, regularly getting the 'aisle 5' message. This is on MS Edge. I emailed a few weeks ago and was advised to clear ocado cookies on closing page so set this in my browser. Better for a few days but now back to square one! Think I'll return to Tesco....

Website doesn't work for existing customers on chrome and Ocado want customers to do the work around! All other online sales sites have bothered to find a way to work on chrome.

Yes, Ocado no longer works on Chrome for existing customers - now the same on Samsung. I contacted Ocado and they say their IT has been outsourced to Poland and they obviously have issues. I've switched to Waitrose. Ocado don't seem to care.
