Tried booking cinema tickets only to be confronted with a hanging website which returns a 'Forbidden 403 error' constanttly, even after clearing cache. Went online to read that everyone has an issue with online booking - and its been going on for years!

I tried 2/3 times to use my card and it rejected this every time and then I used a different card and was accepted. Only to find that on the first cards used money had been taken from my account and also on the second card… then I had scam calls straight after making out they were my bank and texts saying the amounts taken from scammers and wanted me to speak to them and prevent any fraud happening.. I reckon your payment system has been hacked and it has caused no amount of stress and worry trying to sort this out… Ringing you and also holding on live chat for over 90 minutes and being disconnected numerous times.. I’ve had to cancel my card and I’m in the process of double checking with my bank that my account is ok… will never use your app again… totally useless. .wouldn’t give it any stars..

All I get is access denied code 1020 I haven’t been to cinema sine lockdown started
Have just started to go again
I belonged to odeon always booked on line with no problems at all before lockdown

My local cinema is a odeon luxe nice clean friendly staff and it 5 min walk away, good as I have limitless ,bad as I carnt sign into my odeon app for days at a time to book seats carnt book in cinema only online they say which is the main problem, as I never can when I can I book multiple movies for different dates. But only problem is the sometimes carnt log in to present qr code for them to scan

My odeon app will not let me log in for days. And the website is very slow, but very quick to take money,and the bot chat is useless, and when you get through to customer service there no help they just tell me to do it online which I would if I could,then they just cut me of.

Cannot reset password - access denied

myODEON app not accessible and when trying to login using known passwords not registering. When clicking the link to reset my password the Odeon website returns ‘access denied’. even trying to access the Odeon website normally via safari (on iOS) still returns access denied. Anyone else seeing this issue?
