They're updating their entire system, but this was poorly planned and executed. I too, had offers I couldn't use and gift cards in the app

I recall panerabread.com mentioning a closure on March 24th when I've ordered over the past 2 or so weeks. I am guessing this is what they were talking about.

Entire site and wifi down Indianapolis, IN.

I went to use their Wi-Fi, do some work, and get my unlimited sip cup. Their entire network was down meaning no Wi-Fi, no to go orders thru the app, and can't redeem any promos.
