Paychex Down for Maintenance?

Paychex is down I called them and they said it was for maintenance but I was in the payroll service industry for years and this means a problem, server crashers? Was the system compromised? No payroll services does Maintenance on a Tuesday one of the heaviest payroll processing days. I have 7 payrolls to do today I am very frustrated! I was told 2 hours at 11:00 so we shall see.....

Horrible service

The website will not load. It is not responding, yet I can log into any other website. Paychex flex needs to fix their site. They need to take a look at what is going on internally. My last two payrolls have been incorrect.

Paychex is always messing up. Every time I punch in at work the punch in clocks me in for a minute later. When the app was on my phone it did not let me check anything just a total waste of time.

I am still waiting for a refund I am being overcharged (invoicing charge) and having no luck with return calls or replies to emails regarding overcharges 249-572-4199 Zoe Cleaning of Naples It is my opinion this needs to be escalated to a Coorporate Supervisor as lower Supervisors/Specialists don’t seem to be replying nor resolving I need my account reviewed and appropriate measures taken in regards to a proper refund Please look into the system you should be able to see my emails
