I cannot login to my page. When you try to from the home page you are directed to a page that says they are doing maintenance and are working hard to fix the problem. That's it. This has been going on for more than 24 hours. Can we get an explanation as to what is going on?????

I overpaid on my monthly mortgage payment, yet PennyMac sent me a notice of "partial payment." PennyMac, you owe ME money, not the other way around. And now you are down. Should I foreclose on YOU for nonpayment?

It would really be nice to hear from PM as to why account information has been unavailable for more than 2 days now. Are we ever going to be told what's going on and when it will be fixed?? So frustrating!!

The issue is a bad cookies. On pc - remove cookies for the error page(mypennymac.pennymacusa.com) and remove all cookies for pennymacusa.com. You may need to verify device with txt message again, but after being off for 13 hours, I tried that and it worked.

I have been trying to access my loan activity records for couple of days now. Export functionality is broken - today I can't even login. I have been on the phone with two service reps in the last couple of months trying to have them fix their errors as they are incapable to distinguish and process additional principal payments but instead send you missed payment notices. This company is a joke I have worked with different loan companies in the past but never with company like this. If you can - stay away !

I can even login to make payment and when I call I’m usually on hold for almost and hour and I make my payments online. It’s their fault ppl will end up sending payments late. If and when it lets me login—it only loads when I click make payment I let my phone sit for at least 30 mins and still nothing

I am new customer. I have attempted 16 times to resgister to create account, talked to customer service for trouble shoot at the same amount of time with no success. Customer service indicated they will submit a follow-up on this issue(s) and also connected me too their tech support unit. Also with NO success. and again they also submitted an follow-up and to return a callback, but NO return contact/status.....LOUSY SERVICE!!!!
