Continued problems logging in, and not allowing items to be ordered on website. The phone app is buggy also. Tried to order dog food through both. Payment goes through but there's no email confirmation or record of purchase on both site and app. This has been an issue for a few months.

Their login automatically forgets you made an account and password. I know my password is correct, because I have it copy and pasted from my notes on my computer. I requested a new pw change, and saved it in a copied notes, and it still did not recognize my pw. This is completely broken.

This website pisses me off to no end lately!! I literally spent $3000 with them in 2022 and probably another $2000 this year. Starting 2 months ago, I can't order anything online and check out. No matter what payment method I try, it kicks me back to "OH oh, that page does not exist" and round and round the circle I go. 2 hour long phone calls with Customer Service and still unable to order online. The Petsmart.com gift card reader does not work properly. It will say that your Petsmart gift card is invalid even though it shows the money is on the card when you check the gift card balance. It took me trying everyday for ten days before it accepted the gift card.

Now my sister has given me another Petsmart gift card, this time just $25, and the Petsmart.com gift card reader is doing the same nonsense again! Even if I get the website to eventually accept the gift card, I will never deal with Petsmart.com again.

I can't check out with a promo code or an e-gift card that they gave me is they emailed it to me and when I go to try and added a checkout it won't grab it won't take. I also have a promotion code that's supposed to pay for the product in full however it's telling me that I oh text. I have tried to update my email address for months on the PetSmart website! I have no problem with orders, it is just in the updating of my account. I go to my account to change my email and I ALWAYS get and error message, "oops! something went wrong. Sorry, we're unable to update your profile. Please try again later.
This has gone on for months! I also get the same message when I try to delete on of my credit cards. It is so frustrating! I get emails sent to my new gmail account, yet I can only log in via my old email. WTH?? So frustrating!!

Ok folks. Here's the easy answer to your login problems. First understand petsmart programing doesn't understand Safari (that's so 60's !!!). Just download the Vivaldi Browser (Bravo might also work.....takes just a few minutes to do that and set up), enter the website address, and bingo, you'll be able to sign in. Other browsers might also work. I once had to do this with the Wasted Management website, too.

I have been trying to check out for over an hour. Even calling their customer service line did not help because they said "it's glitching" and to "keep trying". Then I thought to myself, "I bet if I donate to their charity on the cart page, it will probably work." (*being sarcastic). Guess what! When I donated $1.00 to Petsmart Charities, suddenly the glitch was fixed and and lit et me check out as usual. "Donate or don't buy!! " apparently. I am guessing that it the field is set as a requirement by mistake in order for the software to move on to Checkout. They might want to fix/rethink that because, while it's great to donate, I bet that 99% of users will give up and just go to Petco or other online options.

Website hasn’t worked for me in months. I’ve tried the website and the app. I can add products to the cart on the app but will not let me check out. I called Petsmart customer service. They claim they have not had anyone else call with an issue and it’s working fine on their end.
