Chrome Browser does not work, Bing does

I can not log in to my account with Chrome. Just get the spinny wheel forever. No problem logging in with Bing. On Chrome I tried disabling my Ad blocker and accepted cookies. No go.

Getting ' temporarily unavailable' and how to fix it.

I've been unable to open my account on my Motorola Android phone for the last few months. I talked to PG&E wraps and to their frustration and mine nothing worked. But if I try to log in on another phone or a different computer, it works just fine. PGE just doesn't tell you that.

The web is is SO SLOW! I have limited bandwidth Internet, and the hoggish coding of the pages makes it impossible to get to the page where I pay my bill. All I want to do is to pay my f***ing bill, please let me!

I am a tech guy and I have the same blank page after login issue. I took time to debug the issue... The issue happens if we opt out of the non-essential tracking cookies on their privacy prompt. There are 4 non-essential cookie options and tuning them on means you permit PG&E tracking you and selling your private information. If you opt out on any of the 4, the account dashboard website would go blank. I wrote scripts to automate the sweep and this is what I found. Basically, they are holding us hostage from accessing our bills unless we agree to allow them to track us and sell our private information. This is in violation of California laws. I recommend every one file complaints to CPUC and CPPA.

Insane! I called them and they acted like nothing was wrong. Just tried Incognito mode - it worked. Thx guys! Reached out to PGE on FB - they only stated they were having issues and it’s fixed. Not so. And then they stopped responding. Shady practices…

Going incognito mode works and not adjusting the cookie setting or responding to the do not sell your info window until after you've completed your payment and then rejecting unnecessary cookies.

PG&E is the only major company I have login issues with. People needs to be fired for this. I clean install a test system with Windows 10 and Edge is the lost "loose" setting and get a blank page upon login. So this issue is not a customer system issue. PG&E deployed some new cookie tracking system that's screwing up the login. If I enable Incognito Mode as someone suggested, then the page can render. This is insane considering Incognito Mode renders tracking and cookies non-functional.

Pge.com website is not working for me and the link is broken. After a few minutes I noticed I was on a d7 session that had for some reason stopped responding. I did some additional searching and found a few suggestions including using Ctrl-Shift-F3 and searching for the browser version number which leads to a forum post that talks about changing the Firefox homepage. We searched for Firefox at the first search result page and that seems to be the solution. The next step was to try and fix the problem myself, and look for more suggestions on the forum. The process was quite easy and relatively straight forward, so I thought I'd share. We started by deleting our Firefox, which resulted in the browser showing us a page asking us to log in.
