Checkout Fail

The website is working okay, except that it won't let me checkout. I fill in all the relevant fields and click "place order," only to receive a message that says, "Your order was not submitted successfully. Please try again." Clicking the "okay" button returns me to the checkout page, and another click of "place order" leads to the same message. No hint as to what's wrong or how to fix it.

Pizza Hut Login issues

The app is garbage. There are constant login and password issues. There's no way to contact or email customer service. It's impossible to redeem points or their free pizza offer. It's a complete joke. They should just go out of business.

I installed the app, created an account. It glitched and acted like it never happened. I do it all again, this time the password guidelines change from 6 characters, no special symbols - 7 characters, upper and lower case and special symbol mandatory. Seemed like it worked then immediately kicked me to "create an account" again. I tried to just sign in but it gave me a confusing message. I deleted the app and TRIED AGAIN on the website. Since they changed their site to be able to also log into FB - the site to log in hasn't worked.

Website can be pinged but is not functioning. Takes a long time to load then a "We're Sorry" Heart Pizza message. If you do get the site, the order page doesn't work and your pizza ut never gets the order BUT your card gets charged. Have to phone in your orders and the local Pizza Huts have no idea of your rewards so you can't use them.

Both the app and website are all kinds of buggy. It took me half an hour to log in and it acts as if the internet is slow as a turtle(mine is not I checked). Then pops up error messages when trying to order anything or choose a store.

I contacted Pizza Hut and was told not to use the app but to use Chrome in incognito mode instead.

I sent e-mail to the developer contact listed in the Play Store, but that is fake. It came back undeliverable.

The Website will at time not allow you to log in. When it does you won't be able to check your account, rewards, or order. If you do get lucky and make it through all those hurtles you'll notice that it sometimes changes your delivery address to the restaurant itself. This website hasn't been updated/maintained since it was launched. The website lags as well and may take up to 5 mins to load a page or action on internet speeds of 500mbs by far not the fastest internet available, but should be more than enough. I understand they may not always be able to maintain the website with covid and other problems, but for them to be this bad really says something and it ain't sounding good.

Everytime I hit deliver, it says it doesn't deliver. When they have in the past. Also, I go to carryout (delivery does this too) and I tap complete order, it charges my card, and then it tells me to check my zip code and CVV when I know for a fact that it's correct.
And if I try a couple of times, it charges my card each time!!! Yes, you do get the money out back immediately, but damn guys! I literally miss y'all's pizza, and I'm dying to access my fat girl points ????
