Princess: You need to hire proper IT staff to overhaul your website, its 2024!!

I was going to book a princess cruise today, but ended up booking a similar itinerary on Celebrity. It cost quite a bit more, but at least I was able to book it online on the Celebrity website. Princess, you just lost business because you won't hire software developers to update and maintain your website.

App & Website Are Dysfunctional

Both the website and app are impossibly frustrating! There are so many different ways they're failing, like not allowing me to save a credit card number or make a dining reservation (Isn't this why these interfaces exist?!) This is an ongoing problem and is creating a serious distaste for working with Princess. It's a wonder any travelers actually make it on their cruises – they have so many pre-travel tasks and no functioning way to accomplish them!

Princess.com and medallion app stopped working and was down for about 15 minutes. When I was able to log back in my dining information had changed from a group of 4 to a group of 2 for both main and specialty dining -which I prepaid for the party of 4.

Trying to access the web site or talk with anyone at Princess is a gong show. The site has not been working for days now and the wait times to speak with a person, in some cases two hours, is ridiculous-very poor performance from Carnival Corp. parent company of Princess.
