Despite being promised by Prudential that monies from my Bond would be paid by CHAPS to my bank account before end of tax year 2021-2022, as of 6 April 2022 still no monies received. Hours wasted by my financial advisor and myself to no avail. Total lack of customer service and business ethics. Have started a formal complaint to Prudential, which if not addressed immediately and to my satisfaction, will be forwarded to the Financial Ombudsman.

We are both now pursuing formal complaints to Prudential, which will be taken as far as the Financial Ombudsman if necessary. Total lack of customer service and business ethics.
