What to do if the site QUICKBOOKS.INTUIT.COM is unavailable?

I went to run my payroll and the system had canceled the auto tax payment option I activated again but now It won't activate for two weeks and i am having to pay taxes manually with the tax agencies and then have to manually record the taxes in QB.

No way to email support and when call in get a medical alert salesperson who refuses to transfer me- IM runnning a business and dont have time for BS! ANd now it appears you’ve changed the entire view of the screen and its been over 3 hours to post 2 items and now its down??

Changes to inputting invoices

Inputting supplier invoices seems to have changed lately. I have to literally keep clicking onto the top icon to type in the supplier I need. Before, after saving an invoice it would let me simply type in a supplier with the cursor still on the save and next button. This is a nuisance as it slows down my work.
