Rakuten Not Working (10/10/23)

Same problem as the others. Keeps telling me that the webpage doesn't exist and suggests I turn off my ad blocker but I don't have an ad blocker.

I can't log in to my Rakuten account -- and I can't reset my password without it timing out. When I try to use the Rakuten button on my menu bar to reload a website, I get a message saying "the page you are looking for does not exist." Argh!

Same issue : "The page you’re looking for does not exist" - suggests to turn off Adblocker ( not using that ) Tried turning off all extensions, still no go.

No explanations anywhere on where the shipping fees are taken from, seller, buyer, and their amount. Forced absurd shipping fee of 2 euros for all books when real costs are way higher. Nowhere to find how much will be credited to me after I sell books?
