RCI website is a scam

This is how RCI makes money. They keep you from using their platform but charge you for it. They’re no more credible than a call to renew your car insurance.

For such an established company and I’ve been a member for 24 years, RCI website is awful. Every time I look for a holiday I can’t get anything to open and this happens often. In this day and age, the website should be more professional and working. Please!!!!
