ROKU is apparently down in Linden, TN area AGAIN

for the last 1½ wks Roku has been down in streaming in Linden, TN area w/TDS as Internet on Samsung 7000 series Smart TV that uses Tizen OS. Can log in on internet, but will not stream to comp on internet or TV that is hooked up to internet & TDS says NOT on their end. Just keeps saying Roku service Temp unavailable, try back later. Is getting to be very frustrating. I DO have a ROKU acct & it will not let me reactivate my TV after reinstalling the app on the tv. em-wantoo365@g....com

The Roku channel is not working at all on the Google Chromecast Device, nor the Amazon FireStick. The channel loads and I can search programs up, but upon trying to play the title chosen, it say this program cannot be played at this time, and has been going on for months.

My living room Roku decided to disconnect from the remote and essentially freeze up on a picture of examing the batteries. I could not get it to move, I put in new batteries, and nothing changed. I even bought a new device thinking this one had run its course and installed the new one, which has now done the same thing twice. I have to relog into every app. I thought it might be the TV. I switched TVs, and it is still doing it. I am not sure what is going on, but this is very frustrating and makes me wonder about alternatives to Roku.

I have to reconnect the remote and log into all the apps, and it will work for a day or two, but I suspect it will happen again. I don't see anyone else complaining about this.

Roku not recognizing my subscription to a certain channel. My free trial is up, but I had put in info. to continue after. I CANNOT get logged in to the website. It keeps logging me out. Then when I do get logged in one time, it won't navigate to page and logs me out again.

Roku.com website is not working for me in any way! How do I fix that? Find a newer version of the Roku browser? I need Roku to work! Is it possible to port Roku to Android/iOS? Do I have to spend time setting up Windows, Mac, or Linux to get Roku to run? How do I change to the pre-Roku version of Roku? Can Roku run as a virtual machine and on the Macs, iPhones, and other computers? I tried to recover the settings. But the two attributes named 'adapter'. Seems they changed since I recently bought the Roku. (Next year when I pay) So I tried to guess a way to get them back from Roku, because we use Roku with PC as a central controls and we don't really want Roku to "change" with us. So my thoughts here is that Roku has added a DHCP Server onto their system. Because they don't allow direct setting of your devices' address for Streaming Services, they are automatically send a DHCP Invoice from this DHCP Server. (I can check it myself using DHCP Server).
