Called all phone numbers last few days. Calls disconnected automatically after few rings or message says not in service. Also trouble online to try to activate card. Says numbers not valid

I never used to have problems with online banking, but over the past few months it's got worse & worse -- "Site not available", or "Sorry, we could not complete your request", or just endless waiting for the relevant page to finish downloading.

Web site is very glitchy. Often does not let us sign in without 6-12 tries. Today can't sign in at all. It does automatic phantom withdrawals from our accounts even though we don't have any auto payments set up on any of our accounts. So if someone is living pay cheque to pay cheque, it would cause a lot of financial issues even though the bank states that they will reimburse customers for the phantom withdrawals that don't show up anywhere on upcoming payments on the customer side, on the call centre and/or branch side, nor with Scotiabank IT Support.

Scotiabank is down. Showed routine maintenance at 4am-8am ET. Tried after 8am and now all my accounts are displaying unavailable. Something is up and there covering it with “maintenance” bank card won’t work at stores and my local branch atms won’t work and tellers can’t get into the system.

Horrible classist/racist/oppressive bank. Services have been down for several weeks now with no updates or info from them AT ALL, customers are required to call customer service and wait on hold for close to an hour to get an update. What they are doing is illegal and morally wrong, on so many levels. Shame on you Scotiabank

I've been trying for 3 days to pay someone using online banking Scotiabank. Either nothing happens or I get a message that the system is down. 3 days??? I'm in the country miles for a branch
and have had this problem before even though I don't pay many bills online.

why does it take 45 min. to speak to someone every time you call. this system needs to be looked at and need more service reps. or shut it down completely. This is getting as bad as our Fed.
